Once a month biking september 7 @6-7 p.m.
As usual we have our #onceamonth Online Biking Event. Our instructor Christian De Thurah will guide you through a so called “300-600-900” ride, where every second of your workout will count!
You will progress through intervals that increase both in time and intensity, starting with 300 seconds (5 minutes) of SPEED, 600 seconds (10 minutes) of POWER, and finally, 900seconds (15 minutes) of combined SPEED AND POWER.
You can join as individual from home or from a bike at your gym, or you can live stream the event at your gym and let your members participate. Either way it is free to join us and work hearter and smarter together!

Online Biking Event
As usual we have our #onceamonth Online Biking Event. Instructor and programme of the day is yet to be announced.
You can join as individual from home or from a bike at your gym, or you can live stream the event at your gym and let your members participate. Either way it is free to join us and work hearter and smarter together!
Full body - No equipment event
Claudia will run a Full body – No Equipment class, with high intensity intervals and body weight strenght exercises combined for 35 minutes.
A class that everyone easily can join from home (with or without heart rate belt) that will make everyone sweat.

As usual we have our #onceamonth Online Biking Event with a new, international instructor yet to be announced.
Heart Week
Online metcon event
As usual there will be two classes at different intensity each of 30 minutes. The first class will be for beginners and can be used as warm up for those you wish to join at high intensity afterwards. Likewise, the participants of the first 30 minutes can choose to continue, if they have surplus to push themselves a little more.
Both classes are based on a combination of floor exercises, that will make everyone sweat.
HR Max session
With this event we wish to teach your members and instructors how to do a HR Max test. Knowing the exact heart rate will help individuals optimize results from their cardio training. Our experienced spinning instructor Christian De Thurah will guide you through each phase of the programme, after a 10 minute lesson.

Join our events easily
Our online events are open for everyone, whether you already have our STUDIO solution or not. Most of our events are based on using one screen for the live stream with our instructors, while all participants are using the app to keep track of their heart rate and follow the programme. This enables participants to join from a fitness bike at your gym as well, if you are not able to set up a group session.
You will receive further information by email once you sign up.
- STEP 1: CONNECT TO ZOOM
Before each online session you will receive a direct link to our online zoom live stream. All you need is to connect your laptop to a monitor/screen, so your members are able to see our instructor. If you activate your own webcam and point it at the class, we will be happy to see you all too!
