Also, we are proud to introduce our new instructor, Claudia. Claudia will run a Full body – No Equipment class , with high intensity intervals and body weight strenght exercises combined for 30 minutes.
A class that everyone easily can join from home (with or without heart rate belt) that will make everyone sweat.
