Exercise is more fun when you do it together. We believe in exercising as a matter of strengthening the heart – not only physically but also mentally. 

We have a high focus on creating community around training and that training should be fun, regardless of your fitness level. Visit your local fitness center and ask if they already offer our IQNITER Studio solution where you can train cardio with others and compete on whether you are following the heart rate that is right for you.

Download the IQNITER app for free in App Store or Google Play and follow the guide to connect the belt. You are now ready to optimize your workout with IQNITER!

Make sure you have a heart rate belt that supports bluetooth. You can use various models and connect them with our app. Order your belt in our online store today or ask in your local gym.

Choose between several pre-planned cardio programmes in the app, depending on your level of fitness and how much time you have. We have programmes for (indoor) biking, rowing and running, and you can decide if you wish to work out at home, outdoors or in your local gym.

Benefit from joining a club that provides our group based STUDIO solution, and workout with other likeminded enthusiasts! Keep up the good spirit by visually following the programme, that is suitable for your level, while being motivated by everyone else putting ind the needed, individual effort as well.

By following the right heart rate or watt in the chosen programme you can compete with yourself and others across fitness level by collecting Q-points, making your workout effective and entertaining at the same time.
